if something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. Our contractors strive to please all of their customers as best as possible. However, if the cleaning does not go as planned, if you contact the agency with your concerns within a 24hr period, we will have the contractor work with you to resolve the challenges raised. If for any reason you can no longer work with the contractor provided, please let the agency know as soon as possible so we may find a replacement contractor for you.

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a OC Sparkling Maids cleaner

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, please notify us immediately. We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

PRICING & POLICIES

This is entirely dependent on the size of your home and your specific needs. Our contractors typically work individually, or in teams of 2. On certain occasions, we have a team of 3 for extremely large homes. If your cleaning request was hourly, the rate quoted will be per provided contractor per hour

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

In most cases, you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.

GETTING STARTED

If you are a recurring client and have gotten to know our contractor, you may provide us with a key in order for the team to perform requested services even in your absense. However, if you choose to be at home while we clean, you are welcome to do so.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the price will be shown instantly on our website.

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service. Our objective is making sure your home is sparkling clean

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select  and book your service.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
